Recently, theories related to crisis management and new approaches in urban sustainability seek to build resilient cities against all kinds of crises and natural hazards, and the need to pay attention to the concept of city resilience as a relatively new and complex concept that includes different physical dimensions and components - Spatial and infrastructural, economic fields, socio-cultural structure, etc. have made it more visible. The main goal of the current research is the structural analysis of the indicators of the resilience model of the new city of Sahand with an emphasis on sustainability. In order to achieve this goal, descriptive-analytical studies, documents and questionnaires (using the opinion of experts and experts) and structural analyzes were used in the software environment. This article is developmental-applicative in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of nature. In the present research, first a review of the theoretical literature was done, and in the next step, the most important variables were extracted using the Delphi method and polling the opinions of 25 experts. Calculations related to the direct and indirect matrix of variables were performed through Mic Mac software. Eighty four variables in 9 dimensions of domain/field (physical-spatial domain of the city, access and infrastructure domain, social domain of the city, urban economy domain, environmental domain, urban planning, management and institutional domain, policy, governance and governance domain , the field of city security, the field of psychological conditions of citizens) was determined. The findings showed that the most influential variables among the variables are related to "quality of urban buildings", "life of the building (years)", "inflation rate", "distance from risk centers", "quality of infrastructure and urban buildings", "network" Access roads (quantity and quality of roads)", "Citizens' awareness and knowledge of crises", "Distance from faults and environmental hazards (floods, earthquakes, etc.)", "Physical and mental health of citizens", "Management integrated", is "law enforcement in public institutions of the city". Also, the analysis of the dependence effect and the direct influence of the resilience variables in the new city of Sahand, taking into account the strongest direct effects between the variables, showed that the influencing variables did not affect a large number of variables, at the same time, the number of variables that are affected by a large number of variables is very high. is. The rule of such conditions as well as the lack of key and strategic variables influencing the resilience of the new city of Sahand show that the future of the resilience of the new city of Sahand will be unstable.
