پارکهای شهری از جمله محیطهایی هستند که به طور مستقیم بر کیفیت زیست شهروندان تأثیر میگذارند. از همینرو، ارتقای کیفیت این فضاها میتواند زمینهساز جلب رضایت شهروندان و به تبع آن استفاده بیشتر آنها از این فضاهای شهری شود. برهمیناساس، پژوهش حاضر به ارزیابی رضایت شهروندان از پارک کوهستان شهر کرمانشاه مبادرت نموده است. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-تحلیلی و مبتنی بر مطالعات اسنادی و پیمایش میدانی است. شاخصهای کیفیت پارکهای شهری از منابع معتبر داخلی و خارجی استخراج شده و به کمک پرسشنامه از کاربران پارک کوهستان مورد پرسش قرار گرفته است. جامعه آماری شامل افرادی است که از پارک کوهستان استفاده کردهاند و از میان آنها نمونهای بهصورت تصادفی انتخاب شدهاند. حجم نمونه 200 نفر است که بیش از 4 برابر تعداد شاخصها (47 شاخص) در نظر گرفته شده است. پس از تکمیل پرسشنامهها، دادهها در نرمافزار SPSS وارد شده و به کمک مدل تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی ارزیابی شدهاند. در ادامه، خروجی مدل تحلیل عاملی در نرمافزارSmart PLS وارد شده و بر مبنای تحلیل معادلات ساختاری، وزن عوامل مختلف کیفیت محیطی بر رضایت کاربران محاسبه شده است. مطابق یافتهها، کیفیت پارک کوهستان شهر کرمانشاه متأثر از ده عامل شامل «ساختار فضایی»، «همهشمولی»، «مبلمان»، «تنوع فعالیتی»، «آسایش روانی»، «زیرساختهای خدماتی»، «تسهیلات رفاهی»، «اکوسیستم محیطی»، «عناصر هویتی» و «دسترسپذیری» است که در این میان سه عامل «آسایش روانی»، «مبلمان» و «ساختار فضایی» بیشترین نقشآفرینی را در رضایت شهروندان از این پارک داشتهاند. همچنین شاخصهایی همچون ایمنی، امنیت، مبلمان و مزاحمت از سوی دیگر کاربران بهعنوان شاخصهای دارای اولویت ارتقابخشی پارک قرار دارند که در انتهای مقاله پیشنهاداتی مرتبط با آنها ارائه گردیده است.
