تحلیل فضایی تاب‌آوری شبکه معابر منطقه 2 کلانشهر کرج در برابر مخاطرات محیطی با تاکید بر زلزله

چکیده
شبکه معابر در نحوة عملکرد و واکنش بافت شهری نسبت به مخاطرات شهری و همچنین ساختار فضایی-کالبدی شهر اثرگذار هستند. شبکه معابر منطقه مورد مطالعه دارای انواع معابر بوده و به شریان­های اصلی دیگر مناطق کرج نیز وصل می­باشد و به مثابه شریان­های حیاتی، بخش اصلی ساختار کالبدی سیستم شهری هستند که در مواقع بحران نقش بسیار موثری در امداد­رسانی و ارتقای تاب­آوری دارند. بنابراین با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، این پژوهش به ارزیابی میزان تاب­آوری کالبدی شبکه معابر منطقه 2 کلانشهر کرج در برابر مخاطرات می­پردازد. نوع پژوهش با توجه به ماهیت کاربردی و براساس روش توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده است. جامعه آماری در پژوهش حاضر شامل کارشناسان در حوزه برنامه­ریزی شهری می­باشد.. در پژوهش حاضر از مدل تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی برای تحلیل داده­های استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نیز حاکی از آن است که با توجه به میزان تاب­آوری راه­ها (معیارهایی همچون وجود فضای باز، نبود تمرکز سازه،تعداد طبقات،تراکم جمعیت و عرض معابر) و مسیرهای ارتبـاطی بین مراکز مدیریت بحران، در واقع راه­های اضطراری درجه1 منطقه، مسیرهای کارخانه قند، چهار راه مصباح، چهار راه هفت تیر و میدان امام حسین و مترو کرج را شامل می­شود. با توجه به قرارگرفتن در مسیرهای ارتبـاطی بـین مراکـز امنیتی، آتـش نشانی، مراکـز درمـانی و میـزان تاب آوری کلی، این محل­ها را شامل می­شود.
