چکیده
The tourism industry has become increasingly important as an economic driver and a tool for the cultural growth of societies. In the meantime, "Geotourism" requires careful management and planning due to its focus on the natural and geological environment in order to lead to sustainable development and not cause destruction of natural heritage. Lorestan province, due to its unique geological location in the Alpine-Himalayan orogenic belt and high lithological diversity, has numerous and valuable geomorphosites. This research aimed to model the relationship between the dimensions of the ASPECTS assessment model (intrinsic, functional, effectiveness, use) and the morphological coding of these geomorphosites. Data were collected through questionnaires and field observations from 47 selected sites and analyzed using the decision tree algorithm (C&R Tree) in SPSS Modeler software. The results showed that the intrinsic dimension with a significance coefficient of 0/41 has the strongest relationship with the morphological code of geomorphosites. In general, sites with the morphological code of active and rare point features scored higher on the intrinsic and functional dimensions of the ASPECTS model, while sites with the code of Quaternary alluvial processes had higher conservation scores due to their lower sensitivity. This study emphasizes the need to develop integrated management plans with an emphasis on the intrinsic value and functional potential of sites, commensurate with their morphological code, to achieve sustainable development of geotourism in Lorestan province.
