تبیین عوامل مؤثر بر تمایل باغداران نسبت به فروش خود به صنابع تبدیلی و تکمیلی: مطالعه موردی شهرستان کوهدشت

چکیده
هدف: هدف این پژوهش تبیین عوامل مؤثر بر تمایل باغداران نسبت به فروش بدون واسطه محصولات خود به صنابع تبدیلی و تکمیلی می­باشد.
روش:  اطلاعات مورد نیاز پژوهش، با روش پیمایشی و با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق­ساخت گردآوری شدند. داده­های گردآوری شده به وسیله نرم­افزار­های SPSS و Amos و با رویکرد مدل­سازی معادلات ساختاری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را باغداران بخش مرکزی شهرستان کوهدشت استان لرستان (1000N=) تشکیل دادند که براساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان حجم نمونه 270 باغدار انتخاب شد.
نتایج: نتایج به دست آمده از مدل­سازی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل مسیر نشان داد، سازه­های شدت درک شده، آسیب­پذیری درک شده و منافع درک شده تأثیر مثبت، مستقیم و معنی­داری بر تمایل رفتاری باغداران نسبت به فروش بدون واسطه محصولات خود به صنابع تبدیلی و تکمیلی دارند و در نهایت نیز نظریه­ی اعتقادات سلامت می‌تواند 83 درصد از تغییرات متغیر تمایل رفتاری باغداران را پیش­بینی کند.
نتیجه­‏گیری: در این راستا توصیه می­گردد با برجسته کردن آسیب­‌های ناشی از رفتار فعلی باغداران در زمینه برداشت، انتقال و فروش محصولات در بین باغداران و همچنین مزایای فروش محصولات به این صنایع از جمله افزایش درآمد، کاهش ضایعات، افزایش اشتغال و غیره به‏طور قابل توجهی مسیر انگیزش باغداران برای فروش محصولات خود به صنایع تبدیلی و تکمیلی را هموار نمود.
